ITG ANNOUNCE JOINT VENTURE

Instalec Technology Group (ITG) has announced a joint venture with i-Spot Limited.  Edinburgh based, i-Spot are an impartial facilitation company with expertise in bringing together subject matter experts to solve problems and build and manage business plans, both face to face and virtually. 

To support the joint venture Chief Executive of i-Spot, Ralph Clark will join ITG as Managing Director of Business Transformation and provides ITG with a base in Edinburgh.   

This news comes just 3 months after ITG announced an MBO, the appointment of a new Group Chairman, Steve Higgins and significant growth plans. 

Commenting on the joint venture, Group Managing Director, Graeme Taylor said: “It’s an exciting time for ITG, having already established a reputation for best practice, managed client service we now have a robust model for engaging with our clients to facilitate strategic change in advance of implementing solutions. We are very much focused on growth and are firmly on track to treble our turnover over in the next 5 years”

I very much look forward to bring i-Spot’s experience in providing time and cost savings to blue chip clients to ITG’s portfolio of clients.”
