MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGY CENTERS (MTCs) are collaborative environments that provide access to innovative technologies and world-class expertise, enabling you to envision, design, and deploy solutions to meet your exact needs.  We provide this facility for the benefit of our customers in the North.  Indeed we are the first venue that Microsoft has approved in the UK that isn’t located within Microsoft premises.

The Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) we offer within this venue will allow you to get an excellent understanding (in a relatively short space of time) of how our latest integrated software suite can help your business.

The format is effectively a role play of common business scenarios that you will certainly relate to. The scenarios are played out by ‘actors’ on stage with the ability to watch their screens, witness the interactions and understand where Microsoft collaboration, productivity, communication and BI software can effectively combine to add real business value.

At any time, audience members can ‘break in’ and go deeper into specific areas or technology as necessary.

The enthusiastic response and feedback from our customers shows that the CIE plays very well with senior IT and senior business attendees who leave with a clear understanding of ‘the art of the possible’ in terms of their own business challenges.  In terms of timings, approximately 2 hours should cover the CIE.
