We have a close relationship with Stewart Milne Group, providing a third party consultancy role for their complicated SharePoint 2010 deployment.
George Herriot’s School
Instalec have for some time worked closely with George Heriot’s on a number of projects. Recently we have further developed some web parts we originally deployed within their Intranet. This included enhancing the PASS Timetable Web Part. Further information on this web part can be seen within the products section.
Stena Drilling
We have developed a number of SharePoint 2007 Applications within the Intranet and have recently been working closely with Stena Drilling to enhance these applications and start discussing upgrade options for the future.
SafetyScotland
This was an exciting project for Instalec and has pushed the boundaries on SharePoint 2010 and Silverlight integration. An offline Silverlight application allows users to complete forms on Tablet PC’s before uploading to the SharePoint Portal. This project is on-going into 2012 with new requirements for Phase 2.
Technip
Instalec provide SharePoint expertise for 2007 and 2010. We are currently engaged with Technip in developing a new HSE Portal in SharePoint 2010, which will include video and picture libraries, forums, blogs as well as incident reporting and analysis.
