Instalec provides one or two experienced SharePoint consultants on site for a minimum of one day, depending on the size of your organisation and current SharePoint implementation, increasing the time on site proportionally.

Once on site, we speak with the staff members responsible for the design and implementation of the existing system.

Our approach is simple and provides quick health check results and is based on numerous SharePoint deployments.

Analyse: A consultant conducts an audit of your SharePoint environment over two working days.

Document: Instalec will produce a report which will include a description of the risks involved with the current implementation, and highlighting any problem areas. In addition, it will provide recommendations for the short term and longer term, to enhance and improve your business’ SharePoint experience

Review: The consultant discusses the recommendations with the organisation, refining if required.

Support: Follow‐up advice is available via email or phone for 30 days from the delivery of the recommendations.
